Use Alert Collector to receive notifications on your device when your data changes to a desired value on your google spreadsheet.

Your spreadsheets may have huge data and gets updated in real-time from various sources, however you may be interested in knowing some specific details instantly on your device from your spreadsheet when a value of some specific sheet/cell changes to a predefined value.

Assume you have a google spreadsheet(Example: "sheetId1") with a sheet (Example: "WatchList"), with two columns 1)Trigger column (Example: "C") 2)Remark column(Example: "D"),

and you have defined cell formula or scripts to update this sheet from a real-time data source (Example: Market price) which fills cell values to change trigger column(Column "C") value to "TRUE" and a corresponding remarks column (Column "D") to a desired text (Example: "Price of car1 is reduced by 2.5%").

In the above scenario, You can monitor the price of car1 from alert collector by creating an Alert source in the app with sheetid(Example:"sheetId1"), cells(Example: 'WatchList!C2:D100' (To monitor 2nd Row to 100th Row)), and "Collect every 15 mins" option. Now the app will start polling the sheet cells for every 15mins, when there is a trigger column with value "TRUE" you will receive a notification with remarks in the corresponding row (ex: "Price of car1 is reduced by 2.5%").
