Agent ID allows users to to lookup the first registered owner of a Queensland title. From there the user can perform a Title Search to obtain the full Title information.

The app will extract all registered owners from the title and enable the user to perform a Verification of Identity (VOI) on each. If the registered owner is a business, two blank VOI applications will be provided so that the user may verify the identities of two representatives.

On completion of a VOI, the user will be able to securely download a complete Verification of Identity report.
