This world is inhabited by humanoid creatures who remembers how their story follow the wishes of people - they are called Starlings. To them are wishes while blowing out the candles on the birthday, make a cast into the fountain of coins and many others.

Star Academy is a place where they teach children and teenagers from all corners of the Earth Star. The old Darlings - twelve selected girls who have to undergo special training and become the keepers of the energy desires. At the Academy they must learn to find out who made a wish and how to find the source for its fulfillment before the time runs out, otherwise they will remain on Earth among men, and someone not filled with the desire to give the Star Land the necessary energy.
