All other home gym workout apps make you use chair, bottles. But 4 Minute Workout only organized with free-hand workouts like Jumping jack, Push up, Sit up, Leg raise, Squat, Plank, Lunge. Those workouts that you know how.

You can search and play your favorite music using in-app music player. It uses SoundCloud data, so you can find whatever you like. We provide you 'Work' music of Rihanna as default. :D
