The following tool 2D_Net+ allows to networks adjustment for xy network.

2D_Net is a app dedicated to adjustment of geodetic networks. It is intended for use with traditional geodetic surveying's which are still used and needed in special measurements (e.g., underground or high precision engineering measurements).
