The school has launched a new electronic version of the "Key to Growth" program to promote students' all-round development and establish students' correct values ​​​​and good moral character. We encourage students in four areas:

1. Basic daily performance (including bringing homework and textbooks, being polite and friendly, wearing uniforms, serving responsibly, and being united)

2. Secondly, it is based on the performance of each subject (such as silent reading, tests, etc.), class performance, learning attitude, etc.

3. Things to focus on throughout the year: responsibility, kindness and gratitude

If students perform well in the above areas, the teacher will stamp them. Students who collect 20 electronic stamps will receive a silver coin. Students can use the silver coins to pick up dolls at designated locations or participate in gashapon games. At the end of each semester, students with excellent performance (who meet the required number of stamps) will receive merit once. If they receive merit in both the previous and next semesters, they will receive a "Kean Good Student" certificate. In addition, students who stamp 150, 250 or 350 stamps will receive bronze, silver or gold awards respectively. In addition, there is also a "Principal Appreciation Award" every school year (once in the first and second semesters), which is nominated by the head teacher and subject teachers based on students' behavioral performance, with two to three students in each class.
