The Island in the Sky map works the same way as any sky survival adventure in Minecraft except that there is also a store where you can trade different items with locals. This map is a good way to try your survival skills and see how long you can stay alive in such conditions. So, your mission here is to survive as long as possible. You begin the game on a small island located high up in the air. On the island, you will find a tree and a chest with several blocks and items. You should use all these things sparingly and with care without wasting anything; otherwise, you will not be able to survive long.

In some distance (say, 10-15 blocks), there is another island with a house on it. Once you have started collecting more resources, you also should find a way to the next island, because it includes a store where you can exchange your emeralds for resources and vice versa. Trading with local dwellers is very important: it will help you develop your own island into something larger and more fortified.
