IQRO is one of the books for learning to read the Koran

IQRO (Arabic: اقرأ, translit. Iqraʾ, har. 'Read!'; Full title: Buku Iqro ': How to Quickly Learn to Read the Koran) is a textbook by As'ad Humam and "Team Tadarus AMM" which is used by Muslim communities in Indonesia and Malaysia to learn to read Arabic letters and pronounce the language.

IQRO is an initial stepping stone to be able to read the Koran in its original language, and for higher-level reading of the Koran. Iqro is usually studied by kindergarten children until early elementary school, and is often used in special schools for reading the Koran, in Islamic boarding schools, surau, as well as home schools (homeschooling) for religious education.
