This update introduces new garrison features, battle report enhancements, and an action point bubble feature, all of which require the latest client version. Please update your game to the latest version from the app store.

1. Techniques: Removed the original three technique types and introduced new types with updated attributes.
(1) New techniques are no longer bound to deputies but directly linked to commanders; techniques are effective only for the commander's queue.
