Fire alarm info at a glance

The Integral Mobile app enables the display and control panel of a fire alarm system to be directly displayed on a smartphone. The application is provided in combination with the S2service Connect web application service (secure connection), which is hosted on the SecureOnlinePlatform (SOP-secure infrastructure).

The most important changes

Performance improvement:

- The set-up of the system connection is now even faster

- Faster display of the list of systems available

- Higher response speed when using the app

Optimized intervention function:

- "Buzzer silenced & Intervention" button now also possible within the geofencing range

New voice call function:

- The Integral Mobile update provides an alternative alert option to send events notifications (alarms and faults) to your phone via simulated calls.

- Choose between the trusted push or email notifications or the new simulated call feature.

Improved system list:

- Display connection status to the fire alarm control panel

- Display of the system reference number (maintenance via S2service Connect)

- Search of the system reference number

Provide unique email address:

Integral Mobile will now ask you to provide your email address.

- This allows for personal user management, such as the "forgot password" option.

- Please enter a unique and personal email address (not e.g. office[at]company.com).

The addresses provided will not be used for promotional messages.

After successful login, it is possible to select from fire alarm systems that are assigned to the user. If only one system has been assigned to the user, the system selection is skipped directly to save time. The fire alarm panel can be operated on the virtual control panel in the same way as the fire alarm panel on-site.

If there are several systems, the system list now shows directly whether the system can be reached (online).

Geofencing area setup

Operation may be restricted by national regulations or when requsted by customer. With the geodata query activated, the smartphone/tablet remains still available for display and notifications outside of the premises.

Events

The events of the connected systems are displayed for 31 days.

The color scheme indicates the type of event:

- green: miscellaneous messages from the fire alarm system

- blue: messages such as logging in, logging off

- black: connection failure between S2service Connect and the fire alarm system, Revision message of the fire alarm control panel

- yellow: malfunction of the fire alarm system

- red: Alarm set off by the fire alarm system"

Fire protection plan

- The stored fire protection plan can be called up by tapping on the symbol image.

- The image can be zoomed in using the slider.

- In addition, the fire protection plan can be started from the push notification by tapping on the "Plan" button.
