This Healing and Inner Peace Audio will help you create the outcomes that you want in your life. Its concentrated clearing affirmations help to release the unwanted thoughts. And then instill new, empowering and positive thought patterns so you may live a happy and harmonious life.

How this audio works:

This 20 minute audio works on your subconscious mind to bring about the desired outcome. It starts off with a brief relaxation process with the sound of crashing waves in the background. After the relaxation period, you will hear the re-programming statements or affirmations, each one purposefully repeated three times.

The affirmations are stated in the first person, present tense.

Find a place where you can relax undisturbed and with no interruptions for approximately 20 minutes. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, loosen any tight clothing. Put your ear/headphones on and press the play button. Enjoy the session. At the end of the 20 minutes, the sound of the crashing waves simply fades, giving you the choice to either continue relaxing or going to sleep, or waking up.

It is recommended that you listen to this audio upon awakening, at bedtime and sometime during the day for at least 30 days.
