Application Customer Information Water taps

Application that is intended for PDAM Water Supply Customers, or the community in general to be able to receive information and communicate from and with PDAM.

Application Features:

1. Check the Water Account Bill

Display detailed water bills every month from customers. Simply enter the customer number and name of the registered customer. The bill displays both outstanding and paid-off bills every month.

2. Display photos of water meter booths and abnormalities

Information about customer meter booth photos along with the number of uses and abnormalities experienced by PDAM customers. The photo booth information is displayed every month using water.

3. Complaint Input

Customers can immediately write their complaints through the application to the PDAM and can be monitored.

4. PDAM Information

Display PDAM information data such as office location, telephone, e-mail and sites that can be contacted by customers.

5. PDAM News and Announcements

PDAM provides announcements and news directly through the application so that customers can find out the latest news and announcements directly related to PDAM.

6. Bill Simulation

Features to simulate bills before installing PDAM services. Users simply input the initial usage, water usage, class and size of the stand diameter.

7. Customer Registration

Features to register new PDAM customers. Data entered through the application will be analyzed first. Prospective customers who register in the application are then required to confirm to the relevant PDAM.
