About Indian Solitaire

Build 8 piles up from Ace to King in this classic Solitaire game

Indian Solitaire is a classic game from Forty Thieves family of solitaire games. It's an easy variant of Forty Thieves which is challenging but solvable for most of the deals. The game is played using 2 decks of standard 52-cards set and aim is to build 8 foundations from Ace to King.

Indian Solitaire has 10 tableau piles. At the beginning 3 cards each are dealt to each of the 10 tableau piles. The first card is dealt face-down and other 2 cards are turned face-up. Remaining cards are set aside forming a stock pile which can be dealt to a waste pile one card at a time. There is no redeal.

Tableau is built down in any suit but the same. Only top card of each tableau pile can be played to another tableau or foundation pile. Foundations are started by Ace and then built up by suit. Empty tableau pile can be filled with any card. Top card from the waste pile can be played to a tableau or foundation pile.
