* Added a please-rate panel. Many people are playing the game but few are
leaving comments or a rating. Now the game tries to make it easier; it asks
for a rating (politely and only once!) after you've played five sessions.

* Fixed three subtle bugs when you pick a leaderboard name that's already in use.

* Small improvements in appearance.
