The iMove app is designed to measure how fit or tired you are.

The iMove app is used, so you can work in your own environment and at times when it suits you best. Before you can use the application, it must first make an appointment with iMove ([email protected])

The application is supported by a website feature, where you can keep training and fitness in progress and easily contact the trainer / coach.

The application is used for medical purposes such as; rehabilitation of oncology, diabetes, fibromyalgia, hyperventilation and burnout. The application also focuses on rehabilitation and reintegration of workers trajectories.

In addition, the app is used successfully for the guidance of endurance athletes, such as runners who train for a 10K, half or full marathon.
