Al Imam Al Muhajir Ahmad bin Isa was born in the city of Bashra Iraq where his family and relatives lived, historians disagree about the date of birth of Al Imam Al Muhajir, but Saiyid Muhahammad Dhiya' Shihab in his book entitled Al Imam Al Muhajir said: as far as knowledge goes No one of us knows the exact age of Al Imam Al Muhajir, perhaps because the literature that reveals this has disappeared, but from the little data we have we can draw a conclusion, and it may be that the conclusion we draw is in accordance with the facts , then he said that after studying and comparing the work history of his children and some of his teachers, it could be concluded that Al Imam Al Muhajir was born in 273 AH.

Saiyid Salim bin Ahmad bin Jindan said in his Muqaddimah Musnad book that Al Muhajir studied with Al Nablisi Al Basri when he was 4 years old, from this it is concluded that he was born in 279H.

Al Muhajir grew and developed under the care of his parents with a very strong religious scientific nuance, as stated by Saiyid Muhammad bin Ahmad Al Shatiri, in his book Adwaar Al Tarikh Al Hadhramy.

The period that Al Muhajir went through was a time filled with various civilizations and colorful knowledge, such as Sharia science, philosophy, astronomy, literature, Sufism, mathematics and others. It is said that Al Muhajir took a lot of history from the ulama of his time. among them, Ibnu Mundah Al Asbahani, Abdul Karim Al Nisai, Al Nablisi Al Bashri, there are also many scholars who took their history from him such as Alhafidh Al Daulabi (in Bashrah 306H), Ibnu Shaid, Al Hafidh Al Ajury, Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Zakariya Al Aufi Al Muammar Al Bashri, Hilal Haffar Al Iraqi, Ahmad bin Said Al Ashbahani, Ismail bi Qasim Al Hisasi, Abu Al Qasim Al Nasib Al Baghdadi, Abu Sahl bin Ziyad, and others.

As mentioned, this period was prosperous with knowledge and culture, but on the other hand, this period was also rife with slander, disputes, clashes of ideas and weapons.
