iDiligence

Easily name images, video files, and diligence checklist for property research.

iDiligence is designed to save hours of time collecting "on the gound" diligence data in the form of images, video, information about properties for the software called iResearch. A membership to iResearch is required, and you can contact iWealthRE.com for information.

While designed to allow the user to quickly view and collect diligence information for a large batch of properties (100s), it can be used

for as few or as many properties as you need.

iDiligence allows the user to take photos and videos of a property, easily provide a name for the image/video file, then fill out a checklist form with information about the property size, type, and condition.

The images and videos are saved on your phone and in your dropbox account in a folder of your choice. The dropbox location is chosen in settings. When images are saved in dropbox they are made smaller to fit nicely into the cells in iResearch Software. That folder can be selected from the iResearch tool to autoload the images into the file for each property. It is important to name the photos the street address in order to autoload into iResearch correctly.

The checklist CSV file is also saved in the same dropbox and appended to add a property each time a property checklist is completed through the app. Creating a new checklist name in settings, will create a new file and start over.
