Faster when delete files
GUI change: more dynamic progress status.

- More visible progress bar.
- Print the name of the current deleted file.

On some devices with Android 5.0+ the files from external SD card couldn't be deleted. Fixed now.

Added option to select specific folders for scanning. On older version you can specify just 'entire SDCard' and/or 'entire Internal Storage'.
Speed improvement when deleting selected files.
