WHAT IS iBOW MOBILE?

• iBOW Mobile is an SFA (sales Force Automation) application for managing the activities of agents and sellers. It can acquire orders, quotes, DDT, invoices. iBOW Mobile is an off-line application. It can be used without internet connection, when the tablet is connected it synchronizes the data with the company database.

MAIN FEATURES:

• Developed for use on mobile devices with a touch-screen interface;

• Android APP integrated in the application (map view, e-mail management);

• Communicate via a wireless (wireless) network or with an Internet-enabled phone card;

• Professional press reports with preview function and e-mail sending;

iBOW Mobile manages various types of documents, which can be parameterized and customized by the company. Example:

• The registry is made up of all the customers associated with the agent using the tablet;

• It is possible to select customers by company name, city, province, tour and view them on the geographical map;

• Color codes highlight defaulting customers, blocked, ...;

• Selecting a customer will display the personal data, contacts, the associated price list and the total number of documents issued, if any, and the open items;

• Default customers are automatically blocked and it is possible to operate only after receiving an unlock code from the Company;
