Integrated Man, Machine and Material

TSL's E&P division have identified digital as a key enabler for successful execution of mega construction projects. To keep track of construction resources like Man, Machine & Material, an IIoT based solution viz. i3M system has been implemented at its construction sites. Having full awareness of construction resources helps in better work plans leading to safe tasks completion. Presently this i3M app has been designed to assist the Construction Vendor partners to record the presence of their staff before engagement in jobs under work permits. It provides facility to record a details of critical Tool Box Talk (TBT) meeting including participants information by scanning the QR code of their access passes. Post TBT, the captured attendance becomes available for work permit creation. With this app, multiple vendor managers can conduct multiple TBTs against a approved work plan. Such consolidated resource presence report would assist in generating productivity reports and actionable insights.
