What is Hydrohex?

Hydrohex is a fully immersive and interactive exercise app that allows you to combine the heavy workout of going to the gym with something more dexterous, such as martial arts or calisthenics. The catch is that you don’t need any equipment or weights to do it!

We’ve designed workouts utilizing water’s natural properties so that even novice swimmers can get an easy and efficient full body workout. All you have to do is move against the drag of the water.

Who are we?

We’re a team of experienced sports experts who want to share what we’ve learned over the years with the world. Our passion for swimming created Hydrohex.

You can choose from a variety of exercises depending on your goals: upper or lower body, intensive or light, Strength or HIIT-training as well as exercises that help you recover. All the basic exercises are free.
