- To track the status/record of mail items posted/to be received directly (the mobile phone number should be the same as the registered mobile number on the App)
- To check the posting history of the mail items which are prepared via “Post Now” platform (the mobile phone number should be the same as the registered mobile number on the App)
- To receive push notification. Recipient will be able to change the collection point to post office or iPostal Station, or the delivery time.
