- posting job announcements and getting notifications of applying candidates

- searching for the candidates by names or keywords and reviewing their resumes

and then deciding on which action take.

يتيح تطبيق hired للشركات البحث عن المرشحين المناسبين والعثور عليهم بسهولة من خلال:

- نشر إعلانات الوظائف والحصول على إخطارات التقدم بالمرشحين

- البحث عن المرشحين بالأسماء أو الكلمات الأساسية ومراجعة سيرهم الذاتية

ثم اتخاذ قرار بشأن الإجراء المطلوب اتخاذه.
