Union of Nurses and All Health Professionals (HEP-SEN); “2020; It was established in the Year of Nursing and Midwifery. HEP-SEN, which includes all health professionals working in the public health business, especially nurses, to its target audience; is a union established to be the rightful, loud and most importantly independent voice of the health community within the framework of scientific facts and fair standards. Adopting a strong organizational model with its pluralistic and participatory structure, its structure far from the idea of ​​politics, which serves the negative opinion for the health workers of our country in the national and international arena, has also been included in its charter. Our union, headquartered in Istanbul, has been published as an active union by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services.
