Version 1.2:

* Changed many non working links
* Had to remove some stations that do not exist anymore
* Small changes to the way streaming occurs, they might cause faster loading for some users
* Other small enhancements under the hood
* Switched into Amazon ads network - cleaner, safe, less intrusive, less annoying!
