With Health Guard we help companies to guide you as an employee through the working day accident free and healthy in the long run. Together with the Polar H10 chest strap the app records your heart rate, heart rate variability and motion data in order for you to get a better feeling for your current stress levels. The integrated Lone Worker Mode detects if you have been motionless for a certain time and sends an emergency SMS to your predefined contact persons.
