With this app you get all the relevant help to manage your home optimally. It sensitizes you to necessary care and maintenance tasks, supports you in managing the contracts and enables you to keep track of costs. This is how home ownership is fun!

After entering your framework data, you can describe your house in more detail in the house systems category using various features. This gives you a quick overview of all tasks that arise - including helpful tips, exciting additional information and recommendations for craftsmen.

Does your house also have a garden or a balcony? Then the garden area is definitely also interesting for you. In this way, you can stay up to date on which gardening work is due and when and, if necessary, find out how you can best carry it out.

By adding to the relevant contracts in the Contracts tab, you can find out whether you are meeting all the duties and needs relating to the house and garden. Otherwise, in addition to information on tasks, contribution payments and termination options, we will also be happy to include a reminder to conclude a contract in your checklist. In combination with the Costs category, which shows you the amount and time of all house costs incurred in the current year, you will always be up to date and will certainly discover one or the other saving opportunity.
