Haus & Ownership is the Austrian magazine for home, property and apartment ownership in Austria. Our specialist authors and experts provide information on housing law, property management, taxes, building and renovation. They provide practical tips for landlords, owners and administrators and report on current developments in the real estate sector.

House & Property is the association magazine of the Austrian House Land Owners Association (ÖHGB) and the regional associations of Vienna, Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Styria, Tyrol, Salzburg, Carinthia, Burgenland and Vorarlberg. It is published eleven times a year.

The electronic editions of Home & Property are available to members of the regional associations free of charge. You can obtain the access data from your regional association.
