Habitat Perpignan Méditerranée is an ESH (Social Enterprise for Habitat) which merged with ADESTIA (subsidiary of CDC Habitat) in October 2021. Social landlord in the Pyrénées-Orientales department, ESH HPM is present in 21 of the 36 municipalities of the Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole conurbation and the town of Pia. It relies on and relies on the expertise and professionalism of its 140 employees at the service of its partners, customers and users.
