Be more productive with the make or break it habit tracker. Track any number of habits over the course of a fortnight.

Make or break it habit tracker is designed to help with mindfulness when either making or breaking a habit.

Perhaps you want to reduce the amount you smoke or drink, or perhaps you want to do more exercise.

Make or break it habit tracker enables you to add new habits, set a starting number of times a day you currently perform (or want to perform) that habit, then set a ending number of times a day you wish to perform of that habit over the next fortnight.

Each habit that you create allows you to log each time you performed that habit each day for a total of 14 days (a fortnight), at which point the habit is archived.

You can maintain that habit by creating a new habit and setting the start and end quantities to the same value.

Each day a suggested amount is provided to give you guidance as to how many times you should perform the given habit

Once the fortnight is over, the logged habits are archived and then you can go and achieve your next habit goal!

Make or break it habit tracker can track multiple habits over a fortnight. The archive allows you to view previous tracked habits to see how you have progressed.
