Well, you are in luck, this application will become your personal trainer and motivator for change in your personal life. Having a flexible schedule of reminders and accomplishment of tasks, you can create exactly the schedule that suits you.
Psychologists say that it takes only 21 days to develop a habit. In our application all motivators are created precisely for this period. Repetitions of the problem are possible maximum 4 times a day. There are both daily habits and tasks with a more complex schedule. For example: a task 3 times a week with 2 repetitions per day, or a task that is only for Wednesday at 8 am.
The application "Habit in 21 days" has also beautiful statistics for tracking your performance. For each repetition performed, the user can estimate by how well did he perform.
At the end of the 3 week line, you can check whether our application has helped you and whether the habit was established. And then either repeat the task, or set new goals.
The application has reminders to notify you that a task is waiting for execution.
