- Added "Lose audio focus" setting.
- Added external audio file playing instead of built-int broadband-noise sounds.
- Immediate playing when color of noise is changed in Settings.
- Stability improvements.

Note: The phone call permission is to be able to know when someone is calling you so H & T Sound Therapy can pause and resume the broadband noise playing. Most of the audio players have this permission.
