The Sports Center boasts over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and has always pursued the objective to promote health and wellness, using qualified personnel. In addition to weight training and cardio, many are the activities within the Club with which the member can choose the discipline that best suits its needs as: Walk & Tone, Pilates, Tabata Workout, Cardio Step, postural gymnastics and much more. In addition, our center has a competitive industry that embraces different disciplines such as: Body Building, Spartan Race, Power Lifting, Motorcycling, and athletic training for all sports. Our mission is to disclose how physical activity may be the natural medicine for the welfare psychophysical.
