Guide Wiki Companion App for Monster Hunter World

- Allow the app to be moved to SD card (let me know if this works)
- Added even more items (still in progress)
- Improved item icons
- Added missing translation for Anja Greaves ⍺ and ß

I will be on hiatus on 13-21 May as I will be traveling to Japan. Don't expect any new updates on those dates =) Can't wait to try playing the MHW simulator at USJ!
