Application for operator interaction with the operator

The Beneficiary app allows for easy access to the medical guide, service request and procedures authorization, providing better experience of the beneficiaries with the services of the Operator. Through geolocation, for example, it is possible to search the nearest service units, according to the desired specialty.

The solution contributes to the improvement of communication between the operator, accredited network and beneficiaries, through functionalities such as:
