Dragons are vertebrate animals that make up the autochthonous fauna of all

the regions of the planet, from arid to tropical, including

the zones of perpetual ice. They belong to the reptilian class, although their

peculiar characteristics make them move away from other reptiles and assume traits of

animals of other groups, such as birds and mammals, even humans.

They are usually attributed to the world of fantasy, but there are those who maintain that they are real

and support their claim in the fact that they are part of the myths and legends of

countless cultures from around the world. Likewise, the defenders of the real existence

of dragons wield rumors as proof of their authenticity

of monsters that nowadays live hidden in caves or lakes and make sporadic appearances before spectators who rarely manage to document the event.
