Level 5 restriction for spamming them with emails asking where my purchases were at. First offense ever with any app and they restrict my chat so i cant talk to anyone for a month and restrict trading with anyone permanently.   They basically gave me a punishment as if I was hacking or botting. This company treats its player base like crap.
