- fixed timing issue where game would run at slightly inconsistent frame rate. Should be smoother/faster now.
- fixed game not un-pausing on some devices after screen powers off & is turned back on

- tuned difficulty: player now starts with 40 HP, reduced cost of initial upgrades to 50 GOLD, added reminder popup when player hits the "low health" threshold for the first time
- added reminder popup instructing player to return to town after dying in order to be revived
