Reduced the HP gain of HQ per player level from 15% to 10%;
SWAT Van active time and HP reduced;
Betting more gives you proportionally correct cash and experience amounts;
Safe unlocking costs greatly lowered;
When you are full of safes and you win one at the slot machine, you can unlock it now only slightly cheaper than the regular price.
Tapping a card out of view in the Squad menu scrolls to the card;
The statistics of your goon squad are displayed properly;
