We prioritize reviews that mention gluten-free. In fact, the Glutoscore is our algorithm that gives greater relevance to reviews that contain terms such as "gluten" or "celiac disease".

Gluto's list is constantly updated, you can give your contribution by proposing a restaurant or shop that you have already experienced so that you can share it with everyone!
