Lots of updates for version 5.4!

- we've included the ability to track workouts provided by your coach directly within the app
- see a lesson you love and want to refer back to? Mark it as a Favorite and access it at any point right within your Resources
- we improved the dates on all data and photo metrics entries to make sure things are showing up on the correct days
- and numerous small bug fixes that came up along the way!
