The old data source of the previously used NASA SRTM3 data is unfortunately no longer available, so we had to switch to the ASTER elevation model from August 2019.

Changes:
- switching from SRTM to ASTER DEM data
- New textures with higher-contrast colors for better height display
- New 3D maps for Asia and Australia
- New free demo from Indonesia
