Virtual tour of excavators at KWB Bełchatów

The application allows a virtual tour of two giant overhead excavators: SchRs 4000 (K-44) and SchRs 4600 (K-41), working in the mine excavation PGE GiEK SA Branch KWB Bełchatów. They are one of the largest devices of this type in the world.

Navigating in the application is done by directing the white pointer to the white and red point, which causes the appearance of the cartoon character of Voltusia - one of the guides of the interactive exhibition PGE Giganty Moc in the Municipal Cultural Center in Bełchatów. Next to Voltusia there is information where the user will move after holding the pointer on the START button.

Sometimes, Woltuś has additional information for users in the form of, for example, descriptions, photos or videos. When the name next to Woltusia is in triangular brackets <>, the START button opens the information layer.

The application was commissioned by the Municipal Cultural Center in Bełchatów - Exposition of PGE Giganty Moc, as part of the project: "Increasing access to culture through the purchase of equipment for the Municipal Cultural Center in Bełchatów", co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program Łódź Province for the years 2014-2020.
