Orange treatment interventions (through PIDI) on customer sites.

SCOT for "Monitoring and Control of Work Orders" is an application suite for intervention management.

It makes it possible to process flows emanating from principals and concerning interventions on customer sites, in particular the company Orange (through PIDI).

SCOT is available in 2 versions:

* SCOT SaaS: intended for ETR CAs

* SCOT Mobile: for agents in the field

This application allows the management of interventions (OT) on site by the technician.

As soon as the CA assigns a technician to an intervention, the agent can process the WO ("Work Order").

With SCOT Mobile, the agent can enter his intervention report (CRI) in disconnected mode (offline).

As soon as it finds the network, the mobile will transmit the entries made to CA ETR.
