The Unimed-BH Performance Management APP was created to develop people in the personal and professional dimension, through access to knowledge, interactions, sharing experiences and participation in quiz and gamified learning journeys.

In addition to providing access to content relevant to learning, it is possible to interact with other participants through the forums available on each learning path and also share how learning is being applied in practice.

The application will provide content in different formats such as videos, podcasts, texts, pdf, infographics, quizzes, riddles, links to online lectures, among others. Short content and in an easy-to-learn language.
