App computes amplified fragment length which separated by PAGE electrophoresis.On the imported photo, you need to mark strips of marker of molecular weight and strips with unknown length which you need compute.

After getting results you will be able to save the picture with marked fragment length values that were computed.

This application allows calculate quickly PCR fragments by graphical method which was proposed by T. Maniatis in 1984.

Tips:

-Try to take photo as accurately as possible, top edge of the gel should be parallel to the edge photo.

-You can save markers of molecular weight that you use and don't enter their value again

-It is important that the number of marked points on the marker strips corresponds to the number of entered values.
