With the ecomm.trade app, participating specialist retailers can conveniently view their online activities with one click via the app, as well as receive mobile orders via the trade article exchange and accept them in real time - regardless of location.

We have been working intensively over the last few months to advance the further development of the ecomm.trade app in order to make it even easier and, above all, more efficient for traders to use. In order to be able to pick up the dealer without any hassle, the interfaces were adapted to the design in the browser during the app development. No matter where (PC browser, smartphone) orders are accepted and processed, the user will not suffer any media disruption. Of course, many new features have been incorporated into the app, taking usability and the individual technical requirements of the respective retailer into account. The result: a new, completely revised ecomm.trade APP with the following features.

Features

• Full functionality; The ecomm.trade item exchange - including order acceptance - now fits in your pocket.

• Comprehensive filter for your own inventory management. Filter the appropriate orders from the trade article exchange based on the CSV file you previously uploaded to your browser. Only see the orders that you can handle.

• Push function. Receive information about possible orders in real time; Of course with an integrated order filter: Click & Collect, same-day delivery and standard orders.

• Access to the internal messaging module: Receive, compose messages and replies directly in the ecomm.trade app.

• Good overview: List of all your accepted orders in 'My trade'. As mentioned above, process your orders directly in the app (including printing labels) or accept returns.

A notice:

• The push function for Click & Collect and same-day delivery orders is permanently activated on the app side. Phone-side deactivation is not recommended.
