- Added a check to display a "device not compatible" dialog if installed on a device without the needed settings.

- Added a dialog to see what the slider is being set to.
- Changed the slider scale from half second increments to whole seconds. Makes it easier to select the time you want and the half seconds didn't seem to matter too much.
