FX Service is for all departments in a hotel to manage guest service requests.

FX Service is a mobile/tablet based product for all departments in a hotel to manage guest service requests.

With FX Service, the runners will be able to see list of service requests assigned to their department(s), take a service request, mark a service request as complete.

The department heads / supervisors / managers can see list of all service requests that their team members are working on, overdue requests, ability to re-open and re-assign a request.

FX Service is aimed to improve the operational efficiency of the hotel by measuring time taken to complete a task. A great service level will certainly result in a happy customer experience.
