Hi, This is Jagan and Uma .We are IIT alumni and have been working in corporate for 15+ years. We were struggling from lot of health challenges due to Bellyfat e.g. hypothyroid, high cholesterol, diabetes etc. We tried many traditional programs for weightloss but all of them were on food restriction or heavy workouts and were neither sustainable not enjoyable.

We understood there is a gap in society and that’s where we created a system which could help people to kickstart their dream body without starving or depriving of their favourite meals.

Using the same system, we lost 36 kgs in a span of 6 months during the covid lockdown.

We shifted from XXL to S and got rid of various diseases like thyroid, diabetes, cholesterol, heart issues etc.
